Center Village is the renovation of an 80,000 square foot multi-family housing structure consisting of 60 residential units. Included in the project are new windows and doors, replacement of siding, new roof, exterior and interior lighting fixtures, elevator renovation, HVAC and ventilation systems, as well as interior unit upgrades.
