La Scala is a 47,000 square foot mixed use building, in the heart of Beaverton that was completed fall of 2016. The project consists of one building with 4 floors of wood-framed residential apartments, 44 units, over a post-tensioned concrete podium. The first floor contains a lobby and 2 retail spaces for future build out.
