Halsey 106 is a six-story, mixed-use building that provides 75 affordable and market-rate housing units in the new Gateway Discovery Park area.  Also housed in the building is the new headquarters for Human Solutions, the building owner and developer. The ground floor has nine retail spaces, tenant amenities, and 55 parking spaces. Halsey 106 achieved LEED Gold Certification in October 2021.
