Phase II of Laurel Parc at Bethany Village consisted of the addition of 26 additional independent living units and 20 additional assisted living units to the existing facility; construction involved tying in to the existing building at four floors with seismic joints.  This phase of construction also included the addition of Laurel Parc’s Memory Care facility, Brightway, to include three pods/houses with a total of 23 new units.  The project added a Rooftop Patio with elevated pavers, planters, trellises, glass railings, and a fire pit.  The new Wellness Center involved the construction of three swimming pools, locker rooms, a group exercise room with bamboo floors and ballet bar, a gym/weights room, and a state of the art salt therapy room with salt blocks and bamboo flooring.  The project was completed in October of 2015.
