Originally built in 1973, Rondel Court Apartments is a multi-family affordable housing project in the Willamette Valley of Western Oregon. The existing complex contained three buildings that needed to undergo a combination of rehabilitation, demolition, and new construction. Construction began with demolition of one of the apartment buildings and the community building. They were replaced with 4 new 2 and 3 story buildings, totaling 30 new units and one community space with laundry facilities.
