Responsibilities:

  • Produce, monitor, track and distribute project ASI's, CCD's, RFI's and Submittals
  • Assist in procurement of building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, and other required governmental or agency requirements
  • Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  • Attend weekly or biweekly OAC and/or Subcontractor Coordination meetings
  • Issue meeting minutes and follow-up on meeting action items
  • Document construction progress through weekly site visits and photographs
  • Assisting in the coordination and securing of owner furnished equipment and furnishings
  • Help to create and maintain accurate as-built drawings onsite
  • Maintain project record documents including the assembly of final O&M manuals and As-built Drawings
  • Assist Project Manager in miscellaneous project duties
  • Fulfill special project needs as they arise.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints and construction-related documents
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with AutoDesk, Bluebeam, and MS Project a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all stages of multifamily construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage project scheduling, coordinating with trade partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Directly supervise all LMC site staff and coordinate all construction-related activities and related workers.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
  • Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  • Oversee contract compliance and ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that occur onsite promptly and effectively.
  • Enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and risk-free environment at all times.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing multifamily construction projects.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Expert understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, BlueBeam, project scheduling platforms, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Superior leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing and community engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized self‑starter who enjoys collaborating with technical teams, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to proposals, digital marketing efforts, and brand visibility. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in positioning LMC Construction for successful pursuit while supporting ongoing marketing operations and outreach efforts.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support a wide range of marketing and communications activities, including proposal development, content creation, digital marketing, events, and internal marketing operations.

Expectations & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and production of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, project sheets, resumes, and other pursuit collateral.
  • Draft, edit, and proof all relevant marketing materials as directed, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Support creation of graphics or visual content in collaboration with designers or by utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Plan and publish social media content across company platforms, track engagement and support digital campaign execution.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for all internal and external events.
  • Assist with the management of event-related tasks such as registrations, materials, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
  • Support fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables, community program documentation, and internal communications related to outreach initiatives.
  • Support CRM data entry, contact management, and tracking of opportunities or partner information.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry activity.
  • Maintain an organized marketing database, including files, image libraries, and standard content resources (project photos, templates, firm bios, etc.).
  • Assist with internal communication needs, including drafting announcements, updating templates, and preparing leadership-facing updates.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned to support the success of the department and the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C or professional services industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign strongly preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team member with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
