Why Prequalify?

Prequalification streamlines the bidding process and allows us to better understand your company's capabilities. Benefits of prequalification include:

Prequalification Process

To begin the prequalification process, please email our Preconstruction Team with the following information:

  • Company Name (as it appears on the W-9 certificate)

  • Main office Address

  • FEIN Number

  • Company Trade

  • Current EMR

  • Certification status (COBID, federal D/M/W/ESB or Veteran owned)

  • Preferred project size range (based on your contract value)

  • Prequalification Contact Name

  • Prequalification Contact Email

Email Prequalifications Team

Once we review your initial information, we'll send you a link to complete your prequalification through TradeTapp, a secure, third-party application integrated with Building Connected.

In TradeTapp, you'll be asked to provide:

  • Basic business information

  • Corporate structure details

  • Work experience

  • Current backlog

  • Financial stability information

  • Health and safety records

Please note that your financial information is kept in the strictest confidence.

Our team will review your submitted information. Once verified, you'll receive confirmation of your prequalification status.

To ensure our records remain current, we ask that you update your prequalification annually. We'll send you a reminder when it's time to renew.
