This is accomplished by putting all scopes of work out for competitive bids and awarding work to the most competent Subcontractor at the most cost-efficient price.
However, we do employ a diverse group of skilled tradespeople to strategically supplement our projects, supporting a safe job site, site logistics, and completing work that is commonly not covered by subcontractors. Having a diverse group of tradespeople also allows us to supplement scopes of work as needed to maintain the project schedule and efficiently complete the punch list process.
