On Thursday, August 20th, LMC delivered more than 70 new coats to youth residents at Greenburg Oaks, marking the culmination of our 2026 Back-to-School Coat Drive in partnership with Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH).
As a company committed to building more than just structures, LMC was honored to support CPAH's mission of providing safe, stable, and affordable housing across our region. The coats collected through this drive were distributed to youth residents across four different housing communities developed by CPAH and built or renovated by LMC — a full-circle moment that reflects the lasting partnership between our two organizations.
Suiting Up for the School Year
Back-to-school season brings a lot of excitement, but for many families, it also brings real financial strain. Recognizing this, LMC employees came together to collect coats to help ease that burden for youth heading into the colder months. Thanks to the generosity of our team, we were able to donate more than 70 coats, ensuring kids across four CPAH communities started the school year warm, comfortable, and ready to learn.
70+ Coats: A Delivery Day to Remember
On delivery day at Greenburg Oaks, LMC team members had the opportunity to hand-deliver the coats directly to residents. We were able to connect face-to-face with the very communities we've helped build. Seeing the coats go directly into the hands of local youth reminds us why this work matters, and why our partnership with CPAH continues to be one we're so proud of.
