LMC is proud to be part of the transformative Hyas Point development, a multi-phase project reshaping the Camas-Washougal waterfront. In partnership with RKm Development and the Port of Camas-Washougal, this ambitious initiative is bringing new life to the Columbia River shoreline with a vibrant mix of residential, commercial, and community spaces.
Building a Vision for the Future
Hyas Point broke ground in late 2024 and has quickly become a focal point of progress in East Clark County. The recent installation of a towering construction crane marks a major milestone, signaling the start of vertical construction. Visible from SR-14 and the waterfront trail, the crane is a symbol of the project’s momentum and the exciting changes ahead
Once completed, Hyas Point will feature a thoughtfully designed blend of housing, office space, retail shops, and public gathering areas—all within walking distance of the river and open green spaces. This development is not only about buildings; it’s about creating a walkable, connected community that enhances the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

A Collaborative Effort with Community Impact
The Hyas Point project reflects years of planning, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. The Port of Camas-Washougal has played a key role in preparing the site, including extensive cleanup and infrastructure improvements. Now, with construction underway, the vision is becoming a reality.
