On June 12th, the Oregon Convention Center was full of excitement as nearly 400 industry professionals gathered for the 29th Annual DJC Top Projects Awards, honoring the most impactful and innovative construction projects across the Pacific Northwest
We were proud to be among the evening’s top honorees, taking home four awards for standout projects that reflect our commitment to quality, collaboration, and community. Our award-winning projects included Broadleaf Arbor, Dr. Darrell Millner Building, Las Flores, and Sequoia Crossings, each representing a unique partnership and a shared vision for building spaces that serve and uplift. These projects not only showcase architectural excellence but also highlight the power of teamwork between developers, designers, and builders.
We were also thrilled to see that Nueva Esperanza, a transformative affordable housing community in Cornelius, was recognized with an award. Submitted by our design partners at Scott Edwards Architecture, LMC proudly served as the general contractor, helping bring this vital community resource to life.
Building Affordable Housing with Purpose
We believe that everyone deserves a safe, stable, and dignified place to call home. That belief drives our deep commitment to affordable housing, and it’s reflected in the projects we were honored for this year. From permanent supportive housing to culturally specific community spaces, each project represents our dedication to building with purpose and partnering with mission-driven organizations to create lasting impact.
These awards are a testament not only to the quality of our work but to the values we bring to every job site: collaboration, integrity, and a focus on community. We’re proud to work alongside visionary developers and architects who share our passion for creating housing that meets real needs.

Congratulations to All the Winners
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of this year’s DJC Top Projects winners. Your work continues to shape the future of our region’s built environment, and we’re honored to be in such outstanding company. Here’s to another year of building better, together.
