Seven Acres

Seven Acres Apartments is a newly constructed, 234-unit residential community developed on a 7.2-acre site in Milwaukie’s Ardenwald neighborhood. The project includes five residential buildings offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as live/work units ranging from 495 to 1,198 square feet. Construction began in Fall 2021 and was completed in Spring 2023. The development features modern, Class-A construction with high-performance building systems, energy-efficient materials, and premium finishes throughout. Site improvements included new garage structures, bike storage, and extensive right-of-way upgrades along Monroe Street and 37th Avenue.

The project also prioritized community-oriented amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and spa, dog park, playground, and outdoor plaza with BBQ and picnic areas. Construction was carefully phased to coordinate with city infrastructure improvements and minimize disruption to the surrounding neighborhood. The result is a vibrant, high-density residential community that blends suburban comfort with urban accessibility, contributing to Milwaukie’s long-term housing and livability goals.
