The Miller

The Miller is a 226-unit residential development located on the Vancouver waterfront, completed in 2023. The project offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with ground-floor retail that activates the street level and connects residents to the surrounding neighborhood. The design references the site’s industrial history while delivering a modern living experience. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with views of the Columbia River, coworking lounge, spa with sauna and steam room, and fitness center.

A key feature of the project is its automated parking stacker system, which allows vehicles to be stored vertically, maximizing capacity within a limited footprint. This system required precise structural planning and sequencing to install safely and efficiently. The eight-story, 210,000-square-foot structure integrates high-end finishes, amenity decks, and efficient infrastructure to support urban density.
