A residential multi-generational affordable housing development consisting of four 2-story buildings.  The forty units include a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom flats, as well as some 4-bedroom townhomes.  The project also includes a multi-purpose community room, laundry room, onsite management offices,  community courtyards, and a community garden with planter boxes and garden shed.  Future development of a Long House and Early Learning Academy are slated for the adjacent property.
